My name "Galway Girl Bakes" comes from my love of my Irish heritage, and an homage to my Father whose favorite song was "Galway Girl".

I have been so lucky to bring joy to so many of you through my baking, and nothing is truly better than receiving a text/e-mail/message telling me how much you and everyone LOVED your goodies.

I hope to continue meeting so many of you and baking for you and your families for a very long time.
